This album contains 6 meditative songs, which were conceived during a "Satsang" meditation in the beautiful Höllbachhof - a meditation center, seminar house and recreation center in the sublime Höllbach (Hell Creek) nature reserve.
We were very much inspired by the amazing nature and specially by the Höllbach. A creek that flows babbling through the Bavarian forest. Just a few steps from the house starts the park and once you step into it, you are surrounded by trees, water, birds, moss and an incredible collection of ancient boulders.
The music of this album reflects the surrounding - soft, flowing, soothing, quiet spaces for a world of too many impressions and hectic. I added some recordings from the creek, which I took on a digital recorder during one of my walks. The final piece of this album consists just of the water sounds and was recorded with a special spatial microphone setup.
All the music was played and recorded live during the meditations.
